3. Minutes of Previous annual general meeting of the Members;
4. President's (Chair’s) Address;
5. Officers' Reports;
6. Treasurer's Report;
7. Auditor's Report (if applicable);
8. Appointment of Auditors (if applicable);
9. Other Reports;
10. Unfinished Business;
11. Amendments to the By-Laws (if applicable);
12. Election of Officers and Directors;
13. Any Other Business; and
14. Adjournment.

The final agenda and call for board members will be distributed prior to the meeting.
