We proudly announce our partnership with the Whitecaps FC Network Partner Program. As a 100% volunteer organization the last couple of years have been challenging and we have worked hard to keep our kids playing soccer. As we get back to normal this partnership is an exciting next step that will help us better support and train our volunteer coaches and in turn, help our young players to continue to grow and develop in our community.
“VANCOUVER, BC - Vancouver Whitecaps FC is pleased to welcome the Killarney Youth Soccer Association (KYSA) as a new member of the Whitecaps FC Network Partner Program.
The Whitecaps FC Network Partner Program is focused on the continued development of soccer talent in Canada. The program provides clubs and associations across Canada with the opportunity to team up with the Whitecaps to grow and develop their soccer operations. Network Partners clubs benefit through technical services, curriculum, coach development, exclusive insider access to events, and developmental pathway opportunities.
“Killarney is another welcome addition to our Network Partner Program,” said Axel Schuster, Whitecaps FC sporting director. “It’s impressive to see a volunteer-run club operate for nearly six decades. We are looking forward to supporting their members with professional coaching and development opportunities.”

We want to thank all our dedicated coaches and team officials for all their hard work through previous seasons and we look forward to these new initiatives to better support you and the amazing kids of Killarney. Without our volunteer coaches and managers, our club would not exist, as enrollment and the popularity of soccer grows, we are always in need of new coaches for our Mini U6-U10 teams.
Coaching youth sports is an incredible way to give back to the community and stay engaged with your children as they grow and become more independent. No experience is necessary, just time and dedication - and there could not be a better time to get involved than now.
