Metro Selection Tryouts Announcement - Fall 2019-2020 Season

We would like to inform our membership that four local community soccer clubs, Killarney FC, Italian Canadian Sports Federation (ICSF), Marpole Soccer Club, and Vancouver Athletic Football Club (VAFC) will be supporting Vancouver Football Club (VFC) for the 2019/2020 season.

We are excited to work in direct partnership with VFC and our clubs will collaborate with technical and player insight amongst five Technical Directors from each of the clubs. We look forward to developing and implementing a new model of support for the 2007-U13 Metro boys and Metro girls program for the upcoming 2019-2020 season.

We encourage all 2007 girls and boys to visit the VFC website at the link listed below to register for the VFC Metro assessments being held in early March.

VFC 2007 Boys Vancouver Metro Assessments

Day 1: Sunday, March 3rd - 4:00-5:30pm - Trillium (Open Evaluation)

Day 2: Saturday, March 9th - 7:30-9:00pm - Trillium (Invite Only)

VFC 2007 Girls Vancouver Metro Assessments

Day 1: Saturday, March 2nd - 6:00-7:30pm - Trillium (Open Evaluation)

Day 2: Saturday, March 9th - 6:00-7:30pm - Trillium (Invite Only)

Open evaluations are held annually for all VFC teams. Existing VFC players and prospective players wanting to play in the BCCSL Metro Division for the City of Vancouver are required to attend VFC Evaluations each year.
