March 3rd, 2018 = U6 - U12 Mini Wrap Up Jamboree.

Dear KYSA parents,

In keeping with KYSA tradition, our club will be hosting our Fall Season Wrap Up Party this Saturday.  Due to the unpredictable weather this year, we will be hosting the event indoors for the very first time in club history at South Hall, which is located at 8273 Ross St, Vancouver, BC V5X 4W1.  The goal of this wrap-up party is to bring together all the KYSA players, coaches and parents together so we can party/celebrate/reflect on the season.  There will be pizza, drinks for the kids.  Team officials will also present each player with a trophy to recognize their efforts so please ensure your child comes wearing their KYSA soccer jersey.  At the conclusion of the wrap up party, you may return the jersey back to your team officials. 

Please note the following event details and your session time: 

MORNING SESSION  (Age U10-U12)
> Arrival time:10:00am
> Starts at: 10:10am
> KYSA-update: 15mins
> Trophy presentations: 45mins
> Pizza will be served at 11:15am
> Wrap up by 12:15

AFTERNOON SESSION (Age U6-U9)
> Arrival time: 1:00pm
> Starts: 1:10pm
> KYSA Update: 15 mins
> Trophy presentation: 45mins
> Pizza: 1:45pm
> Wrap up by 3:00pm

The Wrap Up event is only for all current Killarney FC teams aged U6 though U12.
